LGBTQ+ Relationships
Affirming support for queer couples navigating identity, family dynamics, and unique relational challenges.
How Couples Therapy Works
Couples therapy at Ashton Mental Health is collaborative and non-judgmental. Your therapist works with both partners to understand patterns, identify needs, and build practical skills you can use outside of sessions.
We draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your relationship. Every couple is different, and we adapt our methods to fit your needs. Visit our providers page to learn more about each therapist's specific modalities.
Sessions are available in-person at our Boulder, Fort Collins, or Longmont offices, or via secure telehealth anywhere in Colorado. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Colorado Access, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Northeast Health Partners, and CCHA.
You Do Not Need to Be in Crisis
Many couples come to therapy not because something is broken, but because they want to strengthen what they already have. Whether you are navigating a rough patch or just want better tools to communicate, we are here for you.
