With over 20 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping adults and teens navigate life's toughest seasons. I specialize in supporting those walking through the complexities of combat trauma, depression, and addiction—from substances to gambling and shopping. My approach is collaborative and practical.
Clinical Supervision
Catherine is an Approved Clinical Supervisor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. She has been specifically trained in supervision and provides supervision to candidates in Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington.
She is available to provide clinical supervision to CAS, CAT, and LAC candidates as well as consultation to practicing addiction counselors and other mental health professionals.
Supervision Philosophy
Catherine is passionate about helping candidates grow to become the next generation of clinicians that are astute, well-informed, and compassionate providers. Her job as a supervisor is to inspire clinicians to be the best they can be as well as create a safe space for supervisees to share and process.
As a supervisor, Catherine utilizes the roles of teacher, consultant, and evaluator in helping the supervisee to develop in their professional practice.

Experience & Education
Catherine's supervision experience spans 16 years and her goal is to be a transparent and supportive supervisor for the next generation of clinicians. She values continuing education, critical feedback, and consultation opportunities.
Catherine graduated from the University of Denver with her Masters of Social Work.
