What Drew Me to Becoming a Therapist

I've always been fascinated by the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit, and by what allows people to heal after difficult experiences. My own background in mindfulness and contemplative practices, combined with clinical training in evidence-based trauma therapies, inspired me to become a therapist. I enjoy helping people move beyond simply understanding their struggles intellectually and toward lasting healing that feels integrated throughout their whole lives.

What to Expect in Your First Session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on in your life, what you're hoping to find in therapy, and any questions you have about the process. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together.
